If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48hrs in advance for any Russian service and 24 hrs for all other services to avoid any associated fees. Because we are an appointment based salon, any late cancellations will mean that there’s only a small chance a walk-in client will fill that spot.

Services $50 or less: 50% of the service

Services that are greater than $50: $35

Russian Mani/Pedi Services: $50

When you make an appointment, we honor that reservation. However, if you don’t show up and don’t call to cancel, we now have a spot that is too late to fill. You will be charged the 70% of the service(s) booked and you may be banned from booking any future appointments.

We value your time as well as ours. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or shorten your service to accommodate the tardiness. Your original service will still be charged. If there is not enough time left for any comparable service, your appointment will cancelled and you will be charged according to the late cancellation policy.

Service Changes: Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved around the services selected at booking. Same-day changes that shorten your visit may still be subject to the original reservation total. When availability allows, we’re happy to accommodate a service of equal or greater time in its place.
