If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible. Any cancellation 3 hours or less of your appointment time will incur a $15 cancellation fee. We understand things happen but if it’s more than once, we will have to charge.

When you make an appointment, we honor that reservation. However, if you don’t show up and don’t call to cancel, we now have a spot that is too late to fill. You will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service(s) booked and you will be BLOCKED from booking any future appointments.

We value your time as well as ours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or shorten your service to accommodate the tardiness. If there is not enough time left for any comparable service, your appointment will cancelled and you will be charged $20.
