We guarantee nail enhancements including Builder Gel, Hard Gel, PolyGel, and Gel-X for up to 7 days of application and on a case by case basis. If any lifting, peeling, cracking occurs within this time period, please notify us immediately.

We do not offer refunds but will gladly fix any issues within 7 days of notification.

Dazzle Dry has a 3 day guarantee since manufacturer suggests it lasts up to 7 days.

Regular Polish has no guarantee time.

  • Cancellation

    If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible. Because we are an appointment based salon, any late cancellations will mean that there’s only a small chance a walk-in client will fill that spot.

    For services $50 or less, cancellations less than 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service.

    Services that are greater than $50 will incur a fee of $35.

    Russian Mani/Pedi Services wil be a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • No Show

    When you make an appointment, we honor that reservation. However, if you don’t show up and don’t call to cancel, we now have a spot that is too late to fill. You will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service(s) booked and you will be BLOCKED from booking any future appointments.

  • Late

    We value your time as well as ours. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or shorten your service to accommodate the tardiness. Your original service will still be charged. If there is not enough time left for any comparable service, your appointment will cancelled and you will be charged 70% of your booked service (s).
