Russian Mani/Pedi: Up to 10 days of application. Covers any lifting, peeling, cracking due to application

Builder Gel, Hard Gel, PolyGel, and Gel-X: Up to 10 days of application. Covers any lifting, peeling, cracking due to application

Dazzle Dry: 3 day wear guarantee. Product is formulated for up to 7 days. Individual wear varies.

Regular Polish: has no guarantee time

Policy

  • Cancellation

    If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible. Because we are an appointment based salon, any late cancellations will mean that there’s only a small chance a walk-in client will fill that spot.

    *Charges are per service booked*

    Cancellations less than 24hrs charges-

    Services $50 or less: 50% of the service

    Services that are greater than $50: $35

    Russian Mani/Pedi Services: $50

  • No Show

    When you make an appointment, we honor that reservation. However, if you don’t show up and don’t call to cancel, we now have a spot that is too late to fill. You will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service(s) booked and you will be BLOCKED from booking any future appointments.

  • Late

    We value your time as well as ours. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or shorten your service to accommodate the tardiness. Your original service will still be charged. If there is not enough time left for any comparable service, your appointment will cancelled and you will be charged 70% of your booked service (s).
